Returns or exchanges

Our slings and accessories can be exchanged and returned within 30 days of placing your order. There are a few rules to this:

1. The products must be unused and in new condition.

2. The product must be complete.

3. The enclosed Return Card must be completed and enclosed by you.

For exchange: indicate on the return card what the item is to be exchanged for and attach it. Don't forget to mention your order number. After receipt we will exchange the item and if necessary. refund remaining balance. If there is an additional payment you will receive a message by email. Make sure that your package is sufficiently stamped. Returning is at your own risk and we recommend that the package be properly packaged and sent by registered and / or traceable mail.

NB: only slings and accessories from our standard ByKay range can be exchanged, unfortunately a product specially made or printed for you cannot be returned.

Items that have been taken from the ByKay range cannot be exchanged or returned.

The costs of exchanging or returning your order are for your own account. In an exceptional case, for example if your order is not in order due to an error by us, we will reimburse the costs of a return shipment.

In 2016, all our products are all certified conform regulations of the American Children's Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and safety standards ASTM F2236 and ASTM F2907. A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) is available upon request. This is a USA based certification, suited for the USA and all other countries accross the world. 

All our products are also certified by European norm NPR-CEN/TR 16512:2015 en. 

In addition, our products are also certified according to European standard EN 13209-2: 2005 under certificate number 89202484-1
We are also OEKO-TEX certified under number: 1704014

Garantía de calidad

Trabajamos exclusivamente con algodón 100 % apto para bebés, con la homologación Oeko-tex 100. Nuestro número de certificado es  21HTR82358. Nuestros productos se fabrican en condiciones de comercio justo, totalmente auditados y libres de trabajo infantil.

Tienes 2 meses de garantía de cambio. Esto solo se aplica si el artículo todavía está dentro de nuestra gama.

También tiene 2 años de garantía en su portabebés. Con la excepción de los defectos causados por el desgaste. El equipo de ByKay tendrá la última palabra en este caso.
